The most qualified candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience creating spreadsheets in Excel
Highly proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
Outlook experience to manage calendars and schedule meetings
Scheduling knowledge for staff
High school graduate with minimum of 3 yrs experience or comparable formal education.
Experience in basic secretarial skills including proper phone etiquette, typing, dictation, transcription, filing and word processing.
Must be professional in stressful situations, excellent grammar, spelling, formatting and punctuation skills, type 60 WPM.
Answer telephone and take appropriate action.
Type and transcribe various materials.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
