ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 

This is a temporary position thru July 1, 2015.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.  Masters preferred.

 

Experience with project management tools and methodology required.

 

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing required.

 

Experience with procedural development required.

 

Experience with personal computer and software required.

 

Experience in health care field required, including direct experience with key MHC stakeholder groups such as physicians and executive management.

 

ORGANIZATION

 

Under the general supervision of the Director, Revenue Cycle.  This position will work closely with the Manager of Medical Records to assure the implementation of ICD-10 is executed in a timely, strategic and cost effective manner.  This position is designed for a three year engagement.

 

The implementation project is enterprise wide, including all 7 system hospitals, all MMC physician practices, all MHC clinical business (Northflight, Homecare, MHME, etc) and independent physician practices.
