at least 16 hours per week
Ideal for anyone with limited availability due to a school schedule or other obligations
Positions are at least 3 - 4 days per week with schedules varying from
4:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. 
Weekend and holiday shifts could be up to 8 hours
between the hours of 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

Manager-Radiology Clinical Operations
Department: Radiology

Job Details:



Graduation from an accredited radiology program from an accredited college or university (B. S, preferred).  A Bachelor’s degree is required or must be obtained within one year of job tenure.



A minimum of five (5) year’s experience as a radiographer with two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.

Must be registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and certified in Radiology [RT(R)]. JCAHO accreditation experience, preferred.


Competent in technical aspects of radiography and knowledgeable of radiation protection and safety.




Works under the direction of the Administrative Director of Radiology.


Has working contact with the Medical Staff, Department Heads and Managers throughout Munson Healthcare.


Has frequent contact with the Radiology software vendors.


Exercises ability to select, develop, organize and motivate others in order to obtain maximum department efficiency.


Must exercise tact and diplomacy in functioning within the Munson Healthcare and must recognize that Radiology services are vital to complete patient care.


Must be able to act quickly and decisively in emergency situations and authorize deviation from routine procedure when specific conditions require.

  1. Demonstrates competence in applicable professional skills and participates in continuing professional education.


  1. Maintains departmental files and records according to state, federal, HIPAA, and JCAHO guidelines.
