1. Previous Experience Required: Previous work in food service operation is preferred. 2. Specialized or Technical Education Required: Should be able to read and perform simple arithmetic. 3. Manual or Physical Skill Required: Must be able to safely use food service equipment such as knives, slicers, blenders, etc. Requires considerable hand-eye coordination in preparing patient trays on a conveyor. Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive North Oaks Food Transportation Vehicle. 4. Physical Effort Required: Required to stand and walk the major part of the working day. Requires some muscular exertion while carrying patient trays, pushing carts. Intermittent bending and stooping while unloading patient food carts.
