M-F varies

1. Education A. B.S. Degree in Nursing B. Graduate of accredited Wound, Ostomy, and/or Continence nursing program, or enrolls and graduates from an accredited Wound, Ostomy and/or Continence nursing program within 4 years of hire date.

2. Experience A. Minimum of two years clinical practice as an RN. B. Prior management and/or teaching experience preferred.

3. Certification and Continuing Education A. Maintains current license as a Registered Nurse. B. Maintains board certification in Wound, Ostomy and/or Continence Nursing (CWOCN or CWON) New graduates to become board certified within nine (9) months of completion of accredited Wound, Ostomy and/or Continence program. C. Re-certification in all three specialties (Wound, Ostomy and Continence) is encouraged. D. Active involvement in professional organizations and attendance at professional conferences is encouraged.
