Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to read and perform simple arithmetic is required.
Experience: One year (1) experience as a cook in a food service organization is preferred.
Skills: Ability to safely use food service equipment such as knives, slicers, blenders, choppers, ovens, etc. is required.
Physical Demands: Required to stand a major part of the day. Required to lift pans and pots containing food. Some stooping or bending is required when using lower ovens.
Strength: Medium. Occasional pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting and sitting. Constant standing. Frequent walking.
