- High School Graduate. Minimum of two years of college in Administrative Office Technology and/or minimum of four years related experience and capable of demonstrating skill and competency with office equipment. Medical terminology course or documented related experience. Typing minimum of 60 wpm. Minimum of 2 years computer experience to include Windows 95 and Microsoft Office. Minimum of 3 years in Public Relations position. Must be able to problem solve, be self-directed, develop and implement systems and communicate effectively with public and staff. Must be able to comply with Compliance and HIPAA regulatory guidelines. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to take and record minutes of clinical and administrative department meetings. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
