Must be High School graduate; graduate of Certified Medical Office Program or equivalent; successfully completed medical terminology class. Completion of a phlebotomy training course or six months prior experience doing phlebotomy is required.
One year experience in a physician's office or outpatient setting.
One year prior experience doing phlebotomy.
Current American Heart AssociationHealthCare Provider BLS CPR or approved equivalent (must include infant throughadult, one and two-man rescuer, use of AED, and choking with hands-on CPR skillsreturn demonstration, and must be pre-approved by Org Dev/Human Resources)completed prior to employment.Valid state driver's license.
