To provide Behavioral Assessments for each patient referred by the emergency department or acute care physician to determine the need for care. Responsible for facilitating patients treatment and the transition to the next level of care while providing day-to-day therapeutic intervention and appropriate milieu for individual patients on the OBS unit. 

 For BHE I - Master Degree in a Behavioral Health related field required. A minimum of 2 years' experience in crisis evaluation  in a hospital setting and Behavioral Health Licensure preferred.

For BHE II -Master Degree in a Behavioral Health related field and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Family Therapist (LMFT) or  Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) required. Minimum of two years' experience in  crisis evaluation in a hospital setting preferred. 05/17
