    Goal 3 %: 10
    Directs work efforts to support and improve physician office customer satisfaction.
    1. Addresses patient needs in a timely manner.
    2. Responds to patients' telephone requests for information and/or prescription refills in a prompt and courteous manner.
    3. Participates in quality improvement activities and training seminars.
    Goal 4 %: 25
    Evaluates patients using medical protocols approved by a collaborating physician.
    1. Completes initial patient assessment.
    2. Interviews patient to obtain medical history.
    3. Performs physical examination.
    Goal 5 %: 25
    Performs diagnostic procedures to diagnose medical problems.
    1. Executes appropriate protocols including prescribing medications, as necessary, within the scope of license.
    2. Orders and schedules laboratory studies and diagnostic testing.
    3. Explains prescribed testing procedures, including preparation and scheduling requirements.
    4. Provides common vaccinations under valid license and appropriate protocols.
    5. Monitors progress of patients.
    6. Consults with collaborating physician regarding patient"s plan of care, when indicated.

    Completes appropriate clinical documentation per office policy.
    1. Records examination date and summary of findings in patient record.
    2. Updates patient’s progress on an ongoing basis.
    3. Codes each patient encounter in an accurate and timely manner.
    Goal 7 %: 15

    Interacts and communicates professionally with co-workers, patients and physicians.

    1. Works collaboratively with physicians and office staff.
    2. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
    3. Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills, being cognizant of "age specific" needs of the patient.
