Under the supervision of the Registration Team Leader and the Director of Patient Financial Services, the Registration Team Member initiates the revenue cycle by producing accurate, timely, complete, registration functions which support patient medical record documentation and financial reimbursement.  

      High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience
      Minumum of one year customer service and/or collection experience.

Certifications / Licenses
      Not applicable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
      Computer and telephone experience required. Good customer service skills
      required. Excellent language skills, telephone etiquette, and time
      management required. Collection experience preferred. Experience working
      with Third Party Payers preferred.

Mental / Physical Requirement
      Ability to concentrate, pay close attention to detail and perform duties
      under time restrictions. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Must be
      able to handle and trasport 25 pounds.

Work Environment
      The standard office conditions with more than average noise. Periodic
