Job Details:
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to perform all inventory purchasing, pricing, merchandising, inventory control, financial functions, and vendor relationships for Gifts on Jefferson, Pella Regional Health Center.  Oversees all functions of the Gifts on Jefferson and is responsible for all operational functions, merchandising, marketing and customer relations in Gifts on Jefferson.


    Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    v      High School graduate, or equivalent.  Additional education in merchandising and retail is preferred.

    v      Strong organizational skills, public relations and communication skills required.

    v      Must posses the ability to interact with diverse populations in a positive manner.

    v      Must exercise good judgment, be able to effectively deal with problems, maintaining good interpersonal relationships and adapt to change.

    v      Must have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work as a positive team member.

    v      Must be computer literate.

    v      Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

    v      Ability to manage multiple priorities.

    v      Ability to function well under stressful situations. 

    v      Must demonstrate efficiency in his/her work skills.  Must be able to organize and prioritize work.
