Job Summary: The information desk/customer relations liaison position will provide our customers with a positive first impression by promptly greeting and assisting our internal and external customers with information, directions and customer service support.
Job Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent. 1-3 years of customer service or front desk experience required. Computer knowledge. Self-motivated and the ability to function independently, have personal integrity, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with other personnel. Memorization skills (i.e. telephone numbers, names, departments).
Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
