High school diploma or equivalent is required.
JOB SUMMARY:Position is responsible for performing call center duties including answering phones and scheduling patients for appointments within the PMC Physician Practice Network, utilizing the preferred practice management system.
QUALIFICATIONS:High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
Must possess Superior Customer Service skills
Minimum 1- 2 years of progressive physician billing or office experience.
Medical background with clinical/reception experiences preferred.
Experience with and a basic understanding of personal computer operation and applications and practice management system utilization.
Bilingual candidate preferred
