Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates physical therapy services provided to patients and their families. Has the training and ability to care for adult, geriatric, adolescents, children and on a limited basis, infants. Possesses the ability to remain flexible to provide coverage between outpatient, inpatient and aquatic care based on clinical need.
Required: Bachelor's of Science degree in Physical Therapy, or a bachelor's degree and a certificate in physical therapy from an accredited educational program. Current license or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of West Virginia. Knowledge of professional physical therapy theory and practice. Ability to manage multiple patient care issues simultaneously. Ability to carry out prescribed orders from physicians.
