Schedule: Full Time Regular 36+ hours per week
Shift: Varied Shifts
Hours: (2) 8 hr. shifts weekdays & (2) 12 hr. shifts weekends.
Job Details:
  • Prepares quality cold foods, beverages, and desserts for in-patients and cafeteria, following the menu cycle and production schedule.  Operates the cash register in the cafeteria for lunch and dinner service, following cash handling policy.  Assembles a daily schedule in the cafeteria and kitchen, utilizing personal protective equipment.  Washes dishes for in-patients and cafeteria following each meal service, while adhering to sanitation guidelines.

    Required.  High school diploma or GED equivalent.  Current food handler's card.

    Preferred:  Training through a high school vocational food service.  Previous experience in institutional or quantity food service program.
