Riverside Tappahannock Hospital is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Manager to join our team!
Job Summary: Responsible for the Cardiopulmonary team (to include Respiratory therapist and Patient Care Techs) for integration of clinical quality and service excellence to include, coordination/management of patient care and the organizing, planning, directing, and evaluating of Services provided by the team. Provides leadership, direction and mentorship/support to the staffing needs for the designated specialty area(s). Ensures the provision of clinically competent services by validating staff competency in the provision of a comprehensive range of services/care in accordance with standards of excellence, age-specific and cultural sensitivity established by Riverside Health System and facility goals and strategic plans. Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements: Graduate from a Respiratory Therapy program. Bachelor's degree is required.
Licensure/Certifications: Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care and licensed in the state of Virginia. CPR/BLS certification is required.
Experience: Progressive leadership experience in acute care setting preferred. 4 years as a practicing Respiratory Therapist required.
