RN Required or Eligible
Job Summary: Provides comprehensive occupational health and safety services related to pre-employment and pre-transfer processing. Works closely with the Riverside Talent Recruitment Center to coordinate and perform post offer assessment processing for new hires and transferring team members per established policies/regulatory requirements. Follows-up/communicates with new hire, team member, manager and/or Human Resources regarding compliance with requirements. Provides hands on clinical care to include, but not limited to, manual vitals, medication review, injections and blood draws. Performs clerical and nursing duties in support of Employee Occupational Health functions. Ensures accurate and timely record keeping. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Graduate from RN School of Nursing. BSN degree highly desired.
Licensure/Certifications: Current and valid RN licensure with eligibility in Virginia is required. CPR/BLS certification is required.
Experience: Two years of experience in occupational health nursing is preferred. Previous infection control, occupational health and or teaching experience desirable. Knowledge of MS Office preferred.
Hours: Days, flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
