Riverside Tappahannock Hospital is seeking a full time Executive Assistant.
Job Summary: Provides high-level administrative support by coordinating complex meetings, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Position will perform a wide variety of secretarial and general administrative duties to support members of the facility management team. Responsibilities include daily monitoring of meeting schedules, PCard purchases and Check Request approval tracking, Coordination of meeting rooms/equipment. Inputs changes to policies/procedures, reports, documents, and compiles statistical data to assist with presentations and reports at monthly meetings. May prepare meeting agendas and minutes as requested. Demonstrates excellent customer service, to ensure a supportive team environment and strong working relationship with management to assist in smooth operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: College degree preferred.
Certification: Must obtain Public Notary certification within 30 days of employment and maintain thereafter.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience providing administrative support to an executive required or equivalent experience. Medical terminology, computer experience, and typing 55-60 WPM preferred. Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook or other calendar management system, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other software necessary for position highly desired.
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
