Job Summary: Provides timely appropriate referrals for United Way First Call and Riverside Service Line. Participates in orientation of new employees, and performance improvement processes as needed. Promotes teamwork and customer service by demonstrating positive attitude and interpersonal relations.
Education: High School graduate or GED required and additional technical computer training & medical terminology class preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment and additional experience in customer service and healthcare preferred.
Hours: 8:30am-3:00pm (As needed)
