Job Summary: Participates in and takes independent initiative in the patient experience survey process to include building and distribution of reports, data mining to help facilities drill down specific information, creates, maintains and builds facility and system wide dashboards in order to help Riverside Health System use data to improve overall performance. Frontline resource for trouble shooting of issues and questions from site users of NRC. Evaluates data for trends and patterns with the goal to assist health system leadership in making data actionable. Helps to create user-friendly formatting to facilitate improvement efforts. Manages CARS requests for system level NRC access. Assists site leads with NRC user management and custom reports. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree of higher strongly preferred.

Experience: Prior experience with NRC or other patient experience systems or knowledge of other healthcare survey tools preferred. Experience retrieving, analyzing, reporting data, or statistics required.
