Job Summary: The Administrator has the responsibility of the management and coordination of center operations in a means that provides quality resident care in a fiscally responsible manner. Utilizes management expertise to develop, implement, and evaluate effective care delivery systems and operational systems for the Center and Riverside Health System. May perform other duties as assigned.

Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, health care administration, or human services is desired.
Licensure: Must be licensed as a nursing home administrator with eligibility in Virginia.
Experience: One-three of progressive management experience, which has provided opportunities to develop skill in administrative principles. Prior experience as a LNHA is strongly preferred. Experience with the Culture Change Model of Care or Household Model is a plus.
