We are seeking candidates who want to join an integrated health system as the Vice President of Human Resources. This position is responsible for directing all of the people functions of Riverside Health System in accordance with policies and practices, the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of government organization and other regulatory authorities. This position is also responsible for strategic human resource planning and coordination of activities to provide Riverside with the best people talent available and to position the organization as a great place to work by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry.
Responsible for duties related to organizational development, recruitment and staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Serves as senior level advisor to executives and employees regarding human resources trends and issues. Provides management, leadership and direction to the HR business partners, total rewards and recruitment staff. Also oversees employee health operations.
Bachelors in Business or Human Resources Management or related field required.
Master's Degree strongly preferred.
Eligible to sit for or already certified in Human Resources at a senior level (SPHR or SHRM-SCP).
Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in managing people and teams.
