The Speech Language Pathologist is required to be flexible with daily scheduling and may be required to work various patient care settings. A staff Speech/Language Pathologist is supervised by the Rehab Services Management. Following appropriate practice, the Speech/Language Pathologist evaluates, plans, and implements individual patient care, educating, counseling patients, documents progress, and participates in planning and discharging according to the department policies and procedures. A staff Speech/Language Pathologist must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age, goal, and diagnosis appropriate care
Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Must have current, valid Virginia Speech Language Pathology license with no restrictions.
CPR is required
CCC-SLP is required
Previous Healthcare experience is preferred
