Licensed in Virginia or compact State required or eligible
Under the direction of the administrator, administers, directs and coordinates the operations of assisted living. Responsible for achieving objectives in the provision of resident care, developing and maintaining programs for the enrichment of the lives of those entrusted to the assisted living, as well as participation in the strategic planning process. Accountable for the federal and state survey process and results. Works closely with the Administrator to coordinate budgetary and operation decisions for the assisted giving that aligns with the mission and vision of Riverside Health System.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Completed course in Assisted Living Administration.
Licensure: Licensed Assistant Living Administrator is required and must be eligible in the state of Virginia.
Experience: A minimum of two years in assisted living administration preferred.
