Riverside Doctors' Hospital located in Williamsburg, Virginia is seeking a Full Time Facilities Coordinator to join their team.

JOB SUMMARY: Works under the supervision of Facilities Operations Management to provide professional and courteous service at all times. Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May maintain financial or other records, set up spreadsheets, verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, handle and adjust customer complaints, work with and assist with management of vendors and contracts, make travel arrangements, take inventory of equipment and supplies, answer questions on departmental services and functions, help prepare invoices or budgetary requests and manage special projects as assigned. Acts as system administrator for Computerized Maintenance Management System controlling access and ensuring the entry and preservation of accurate records of preventative and corrective maintenance CMMS work order requests. Performs purchasing function for Plant Operations and maintains accurate inventory and financial tracking of supplies. Performs dispatch function for urgent maintenance and EVS requests received from all hospital departments. Assists departments, to include Plant Operations, Bio-Med, Environmental Services, Protection and Materials Management, with oversight of all clerical functions and management of team member timekeeping. Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High school Diploma or GED equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of administrative support or general clerical experience required; hospital or health care administrative experience preferred. 3-5 years of computer operation, Microsoft Office Suite and word processing proficiency required. Ability to read and understand maintenance work requests and basic knowledge of building maintenance and support services operations helpful.
