Job Summary: Reports to Director of Construction Management. The role of this position is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget - including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Project Manager will accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. The PM serves as a mentor and coach on quality, productivity, and customer service standards to assigned team members.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is required.
· 2-3 years of progressive management experience in Healthcare Information Systems preferred.
· Requires a solid working knowledge of hospital work flows and the use of information in clinical & financial departments.
· Experience in coaching, supervision, staffing, project management, process improvement, self-development, and planning is preferred.
