Riverside Health System has a Full Time opening for an Insurance Verification Coordinator. This individual will work under the supervision of the Manager as well as any onsite facility Manager or Director. Completes pre-registrations, obtains authorizations, creates patients estimates, provides information about Riverside's financial assistance programs, contacts patients and collects payments prior to services being rendered at Riverside facilities. Pre-registration and insurance verification ensures proper reimbursement for Riverside Health System. Must posses the ability to navigate a variety of computer software systems, as well as excellent communication skills and will be expected to deliver world class customer service at all times. Participates in performance improvement processes as needed. Performs Insurance Coordinator and other duties as needed.

High school graduate, GED or higher advanced collegiate preparation required.

Prefer at least 1 year of experience in the field of health care and customer service.
