This full time exempt position requires Indiana Registered Nurse licensure and 3-5 years employment and recruitment experience in a health care environment. PHR or CHCR is highly desired.
The Employment Coordinator supervises employment activities for designated positions for Riverview Hospital. Ensures that properly qualified employees are recruited, screened, and hired, and employee files are maintained in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, HFAP and other accrediting body requirements. Advises mangement regarding specific employment and employee relations issues. Assists in the development of recruitment strategies and participates in recruitment events. Assists in the development and participates in leadership development programs. Maintains departmental reports, collects statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes. Coordinates and facilitates New Employee Orientation and assists with facilitation of New Nurse Orientation.
