    Regional One Health is currently seeking a Burn Program Manager at its nationally renowned burn center.


    JOB SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Administrative responsibilities include organizing services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach to burn care and the leadership ability to strategically support and advance the mission of the Burn Program. Will be responsible for the daily operations of the Burn Program including assistance in engagement, burn outreach, education, coordination of burn survivor programs and services, prevention activities, management of the burn database, coordination of the burn performance improvement program and all activities related to ABA / ACS burn center verification / Mississippi designation.





    Education:  Bachelor's Degree in HealthCare Administration/Management or related area is required.  Master's Degree in business administration, management, health care management, or related field preferred. Additional experience may be required based on assigned medical clinics/practices.



    Experience:  One to three years progressive health care experience in a medically related practice, operation or business unit.  Two years of leadership experience preferred. 




    Prolonged standing and walking, utilization of patient care equipment and other physical demands required in a patient care environment; exposure to infectious agents. Visual acuity is needed to assess color changes, to verify accuracy of written materials, and to administer and accurately prepare medications.  Heavy Work - Exerting up to 150 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 75 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 30 pounds of force constantly to move objects.  (May be further defined as "with or without assistance.")
