Job Summary: The Content and Brand Manager manages the development of all marketing content and brand messaging while creating and enforcing Roper St. Francis editorial standards, creative and content strategy. This position leads a team in the conception and delivery of marketing content and brand messaging. Through the use of an integrated content strategy the Content and Brand Manager makes the Roper St. Francis story come to life for both external and internal audiences.
Education: Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, creative writing, marketing or related field.
Experience: At least five years of copy writing, marketing, advertising or public relations experience, preferably in healthcare or agency setting and 3 years of management experience.
§ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative team setting. Must be able to lead and be a part of a multi-disciplinary team. Must be able to demonstrate abilities in the management of multiple projects and changing priorities. Proficiency in:
o Web content development (SEO, key words, etc.)
o Video production
o CRM campaign content
o Strategic knowledge of digital marketing
o Ability to enforce and follow established style guidelines (AP Style and Roper St. Francis style standards).
