Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Development/Marketing/Public Relations or related field.  Three-five years of experience cultivating, soliciting and closing donations or related experience.  Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated volunteer management experience, event planning coordination and experience, strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: Non-profit management experience or Master's Degree in related field.  Experience in a healthcare and or higher education setting.  Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.  Experience soliciting, negotiating and closing major gifts.  Knowledge of Raisers Edge fundraising software, excellent creative brainstorming skills and customer service experience and conflict resolution skills.
