The One Call Patient Scheduler serves as the primary point of contact for patients calling with scheduling matters. The role is to provide exceptional customer service abilities, strong scheduling judgment and decision making, and superb communications with the customers.

The key requirements and responsibilities will include:

Ability to schedule various patient appointments in multiple systems.
Excellent computer/typing skills.
Ability to multi task and navigate complex situations.
Good listening and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Previous call center experience preferred.
Knowledge of Meditech, Allscripts, Centricity is preferred.
