Job Details:
  • Customer-service orientated medical representative to work phone lines. Primary responsibility is phone work and appointment scheduling.  Previous medical appointment scheduling experience preferred; however will consider new graduate MA with strong data entry, customer service and phone experience.  Excellent phone, people and organizational skills.  Ability to pay attention to detail and efficiently multi-task in a highly productive clinical setting.  Position is extremely fast paced and candidate must be comfortable using windows-based computer programs.  Candidate must be self-motivated, able to handle extremely high call volume, and fast-paced environment.  High school diploma or equivalent is required.
