Prepares Human Resources documents, records statistics, and handles confidential material in the Human Resources department. Answers general questions in all areas of human resources. Completes special assignments and projects as required. Provides assistance to human resource staff for all or parts of organization's human resource recruitment, employment requirements, employee relations, as well as benefits and compensation programs. Acts as central intake for applicants by interacting with individuals seeking employment and screening according to established criteria/guidelines. Coordinates and participates in the delivery of human resources orientation. Provides assistance to human resources staff by entering new hire information in the Human Resources Information System and provides information to vendors for benefit administration. Must view all people, internally and externally, as customers.
Ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, MS Office skills, fast learner with software systems, previous administration experience, preferably in an HR department and enjoy a fast paced environment.
