Schedule: Full Time
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm; for 1 week, every 5 weeks will work until 5:30p
Job Details:
  • Position is responsible for responding to incoming phone inquiries, assisting patients and/or payers with billing questions, and expediting prompt and accurate reimbursement of Clinic accounts.  Prior experience in collections and customer service (on and off the phone) is required.  Must be able to multi-task, have excellent phone skills, MS Word and Excel proficiency and basic medical terminology. Prior experience in a health care setting is preferred.  Computer skills and accurate word processing required.  High school diploma or equivalent is required.  Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
