Seeking generalist with working knowledge and implementation of all aspects of Human Resources to serve in salaried position. Must be especially strong in benefit administration/compliance, employment law, recruiting, job description development, employee relations/activities, HR/payroll information system and creating policies and procedures. Individual will be responsible for assisting in accomplishing HR departmental and organizational goals. In addition, individual will serve the HR needs of managers and employees of several departments of the organization. At least 5 years recent Human Resources experience necessary preferably in the healthcare environment.
Ideal candidate will have strong MS Office Skills, previous experience with Empower and Position Manager software, professional demeanor, strong verbal, written, presentation and organizational skills. Prior experience with employee relations activity planning, bias toward collaboration and team work.
