Summary Responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications 1. High school graduate or equivalent. 2. One year of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a healthcare environment. 3. Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system. 4. Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone system, photocopier, fax machine, printer). 5. Knowledge of medical terminology.
