Admin. support experience in Healthcare setting preferred.
Customer service skills are required.
SKILLS: The Clerical Coordinator must possess effective oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities. Computer experience helpful. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Experience in a health care setting preferred. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
SCOPE OF POSITION: The Clerical Coordinator functions under the supervision of the Clinical Manager. The Clerical Coordinator is responsible for receptionist services and non- clinical tasks to support the overall function of the patient care team.
Emergency Department experience required.
Meditech experience required.
Phone etiquette required.
Computer competency required.
