POSITION SUMMARY
Cooks for cafeteria, catering, and various functions throughout the medical center. Follows recipes based on therapeutic diets. Assists team with different duties in kitchen. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Francis Medical Center. High School Graduate/GED or recent, demonstrated experience in a food service environment
Knowledge of nutrition requirements in medical field.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food display required.
Previous food service, dish room, patient tray line, or cafeteria service experience preferred
Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
