Job Details:

The Clinical Analyst will work as an IS analyst supporting various patient care management systems and staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with process and workflow analysis, and system lifecycle practices (system selection, project management, design, build, test, document, train, support, reporting, and upgrades) with primarily packaged software required.
  • Experience with EMR implementations strongly preferred, especially Cerner Millennium.
    Self starter with successful experience working in team environments and independently in the delivery of objectives on time.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills required, including effective discussion/meeting facilitation.
  • The position plays an important role in leading efforts for system optimization, prioritization of initiatives, and team skills development.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years work related experience or an equivalent combination of work experience of 9+ years. Healthcare related licensure/certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Formal training in a variety of information systems technologies desirable: desktop applications, databases, software development packages and programming languages.
    Some occasional weekend and evening work required for upgrades, go-lives, and rotating on-call schedule.
  • Primary work location is downtown Tulsa with driving travel to customer locations.
    Some flexibility in work schedules available pending management approval and ongoing consideration to current initiatives.
