Job Details:

The Selfpay Team Lead is primarily responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Self Pay Department within the CBO.

 

Education:

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school or GED equivalency exam and 4-5 years working experience in a management or business office role.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

           Background in dealing with customer service or collections calls

           Business office/collections office background

           Previous leadership or management experience

           Organized individual that can multitask

           Problem solving and decision making skills

           Good verbal and written communication skills

           Adequate computer knowledge/skills

           Proficient in Microsoft Excel
