The Selfpay Team Lead is primarily responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Self Pay Department within the CBO.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school or GED equivalency exam and 4-5 years working experience in a management or business office role.
• Background in dealing with customer service or collections calls
• Business office/collections office background
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Organized individual that can multitask
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Adequate computer knowledge/skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
