Regional Medical Laboratory Inc. (RML) is a highly respected commercial reference laboratory based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, providing testing services for thousands of physicians and several hospitals within the region. RML employs experienced technologists and support staff who use the latest technology to ensure accurate test results. Performing more than eight million procedures each year, RML provides laboratory services throughout Oklahoma and several satellite locations in northeastern and central Oklahoma, and southeastern Kansas.

Job Summary: This position is for the Customer Service Department in the Regional Medical Laboratory Call Center. Job duties entail taking customer calls regarding their billing statements, providing excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, taking payments, filing insurance and claims, communicating to patients and doctors via email, and other duties as assigned.


Education/Skills: H.S. diploma or GED, excellent attendance, computer skills necessary, math skills a plus, be able to work in a fast paced environment, team player, and quick learner.
