Open and closes the department. Greet visitors and assists as needed. Answer telephone calls and respond to questions or refer caller to appropriate person. Maintain Talent Acquisition interview calendars. Process inquiries, requests and forms and maintain records. Assist new associates with onboarding requirements. Serve as back up support for the Coordinator of Employment Services.
High School diploma or equivalent required. At least one year previous experience in a customer service position. Previous experience in a Human Resources position desirable. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, problem solving, and respond to requests in an appropriate and timely manner with all levels of employees and external contacts.
Possesses a working knowledge of office software applications, with word processing, spreadsheet and data base applications. Office administration experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Possesses analytical skills and the ability to anticipate customer's needs and act independently within the scope of responsibilities. Typing ability of 35 words per minute required.
