Summary of the Job:
Primary responsibilities are to develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive program of Annual Support which includes but is not limited to major gifts, stewardship of donors, third party events, employee campaign, direct mail, internal communications and coordination of volunteers. Secondary responsibilities include donor prospect research, gift processing back-up and social media.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Three to five years of experience in non-profit work.
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office and Donor Management Software proficient. Competency in public relations, budgeting and planning. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a team-oriented environment. Past experience coordinating volunteers.
Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 20 pounds is required.
