Summary of the Job:
Primary responsibilities are to develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive program of Annual Support which includes but is not limited to individual giving and major gifts, stewardship of donors, third party events, employee campaign, direct mail, internal communications and coordination of employee volunteers. Secondary responsibilities include donor prospect research, grant and foundation research, gift processing back-up, social media back-up and updating internal and external web pages.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Three to five years of experience in non-profit work.
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office and Donor Management Software proficient. Competency in customer service, public relations, budgeting and event and program planning. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a team-oriented environment. Past experience coordinating volunteers.
Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 20 pounds is required.
