The Medical Home Analyst / Administrative Lead is responsible for data management, analysis, reporting and performance measurement related to quality initiatives and value based Payor managed care contracts and designated governmental entities. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to designated clinical and administrative leadership to facilitate the successful achievement of TMF quality initiatives and pay for performance objectives with contracted managed care Payors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications or other relevant area.
  • 5 years of functional operating experience within a physician’s clinic / hospital or health plan setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical billing coding procedures and medical terminology.

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of database management and relational database software.

  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet data manipulation.

  • Working knowledge and ability to provide accurate and detailed data analysis.

  • Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.

  • Advanced Microsoft Applications; specifically Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Must be able to present complex data in meaningful method, i.e. charts, graphs, etc.

  • Performs duties with accountability, competency and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to adjust to and implement change; ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.

  • Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.

  • Professionalism.
