Supervisor Catering
Department: WV-Dietary
Schedule: Fulltime (40 hours per week)
Shift: Day/Evening w/ weekend rotation
Job Details: - 2 -3 years experience required.
- Supervisory experience is preferred
Supervises all aspects of Food Services Department from resident ordering, preparation, set-up through service, break-down and clean-up. Provides consistent supervision to staff to ensure standards for safety, sanitation, quality, presentation and maintenance of customer satisfaction at all times.
