Under the direction of the HR Talent Manager and in cooperation with department hiring officials develops a sourcing and recruitment plan for open positions. Plans and coordinates recruitment, screening, selection, hiring and retention activities for assigned departments/positions. Ensures all hiring processes are conducted within Federal, State, Local and Hospital guidelines.
Evaluate and coordinate sourcing of top candidates who have the necessary educational background and skills to enable them to provide excellent service and quality patient care as applicable. Sourcing methods include, but are not limited to cold calling, direct mailings, advertisements, internet, job fairs, networking, social media, etc.
Performance will be measured through direct observation, Cost per Hire and Days to Fill statistics, customer feedback and other goals as set by the HR Talent Manager.
