    • Position Overview
      • This position assumes responsibility for the organization of the assigned departments and performs multiple clerical duties.
    • Education/Knowledge Requirements
      • Prerequisites:
        • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required for this position.
        • Post high school Medical Secretarial education or previous secretarial/office associate experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the functions of the job.
      • Essential Job-Related Experience:
        • Exceptional customer/human relations skills
        • Current Medical Terminology
        • Typing with speed and accuracy
        • One (1) year computer skills
        • One (1) year secretarial/clerical experience
        • Ability to maintain/update the computer competencies as required for the position
      • Preferred Job-Related Experience:
        • Experience with PA State birth certificate computer system
        • Experience with the PA Paternity Program
